Hitsuyo Aku collects the information you choose to submit through diagnostics, intake forms, portal orders, and direct communication so we can route the right next step, deliver paid work, and maintain accurate client records.

Payment processing is handled by third-party commerce providers such as Stripe. The site stores payment metadata needed for fulfillment, access, receipts, and order status; it does not store full card numbers.

Intake answers may include business context, links, pricing, bottlenecks, revenue ranges, and brand materials. This information is used to evaluate fit, prepare sessions, produce deliverables, and improve internal fulfillment systems.

Optional analytics and advertising telemetry remain off unless you allow them through the site consent control. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed by clearing site storage. Functional attribution attached to an application is used to identify the source and selected offer even when optional analytics are off.

An application that does not become an engagement is deleted or de-identified after 90 days. Accepted client records follow the retention period in the engagement scope and any legal, payment, or accounting obligations. Secrets, credentials, customer data, contracts, and incident details should never be submitted through a public intake form.
